James Forfar (Chef)
James worked in the cooking industry in his younger years at a few restaurants in his hometown of Stouffville, ON. A career opportunity in his early 20s led him in another direction but his passion for cooking has always remained. James has returned to his passion as Head Chef at Fry on the Wall.
Fry on the Wall believes in supporting its local community. We source quality ingredients from local farmer’s markets and small businesses in the Shawanaga area when in season.
Lisa is currently the Executive Director of the Healing Centre in Shawanaga First Nation. She has held this position for 6 years in the community.
James has used his passion for cooking within the community, assisting with Shawanaga community feasts, pow wow, and
fundraisers.
